Instructions

Prepare the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha (if using), sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Adjust seasonings to taste.

Combine the Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, add sliced cucumbers, shredded imitation crab, and diced avocado.
  • Gently mix to combine without mashing the avocado.

Toss the Salad

  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat.

Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the salad.
  • Add any optional garnishes and serve immediately.

Notes

For a crunch, add slivered almonds or crushed peanuts. If preparing ahead, keep dressing separate until serving. Use fresh crab meat for a more authentic flavor.
