Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the plums in half and remove the pits.
  • Place the plums on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Roast the plums in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are soft and beginning to caramelize.
  • On a serving plate, place the burrata, and gently break it open to reveal its creamy interior.
  • Top the burrata with the roasted plums, allowing their juices to pool around the cheese.
  • Drizzle additional olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the dish.
  • Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and fresh thyme.
  • Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

For a quicker version, use pre-roasted or canned plums. Always warm the burrata before serving.
