Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice your baguette into 1/2-inch rounds and coat each side with extra virgin olive oil.

Baking the Bread

  • Place the oiled bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5–7 minutes or until golden brown.

Preparing the Topping

  • Chop the ripe tomatoes and mix them in a bowl with the freshly chopped basil, salt, and black pepper.

Assembling the Bruschettas

  • Spread burrata cheese over each toast piece.
  • Spoon the tomato-basil mixture over the burrata.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Serving

  • Serve immediately while the bread is still warm and crispy.
