  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil can substitute with unsweetened applesauce for healthier option
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks plus extra for topping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the brownie mix and flour until fully combined.
  • Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and water to the dry mixture. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  • Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chunks.
  • Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between cookies.
  • Press extra chocolate chunks on top of each cookie.

Baking

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set and the centers still look a bit soft.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For richer flavors, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Serve warm for the best experience!
