Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the feta cheese into a small baking dish.
  • Arrange the olives and sun-dried tomatoes around the feta.
  • In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, thinly sliced garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Baking

  • Pour the seasoned oil mixture evenly over the feta, olives, and tomatoes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is soft and begins to melt.
  • Switch on the broiler for 1-2 minutes for a perfect golden top.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve warm with crostini or sliced French bread.
