Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a small round baking dish or individual ramekins generously with butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  • Add cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped chives to the eggs. Stir gently until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Pour the egg mixture into your prepared baking dish, gently tapping the dish on the counter to level the surface.

Baking

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
