Instructions

Preparation

  • For the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in sugar, then mix in sour cream and vanilla, adding eggs one at a time.

Assembly

  • Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust, spread the apple filling, then cover with remaining batter.

Baking
